Rob Howie and his partners own a significant local construction business, SEA CON, and needed office space. Mark Clausen represented them in the negotiations with a landowner that led to the formation of a company to build, own and operate the building.  SEA CON built the building, and the project has turned out successfully for all of the partners.  Mr. Clausen has worked with Rob and his partners in forming a number of businesses that have developed warehouse and industrial space throughout the Seattle area.
