Kimberly was born and raised in the Seattle area. She has worked in the real estate and construction law business for 20 years. She loves helping people and is a strong advocate for the firm’s clients.
When not working Kimberly enjoys camping and hiking as well as building projects, landscaping, and spending time with her family.
Karen L Jacobs
Administrator/Bookkeeper
Karen Jacobs was born in Northern California but considers Seattle her true home of thirteen years. She attended school at CSUS where she earned a degree in Liberal Arts with an emphasis on Philosophy.
After working in the Natural Foods Industry for many years, Karen took a career turn and joined the Clausen Law Firm in 2004.
On her free time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, as well as reading, camping, hiking, and gardening.
Lisa Vulin
Legal Secretary
Lisa Vulin was born and raised in New York City. She was brought up by her mother in a Queens household along with her older sister. Displaying her business skills and sense of responsibility, Lisa was a key administrative component for the New York City firm Simpson Thacher & Bartlett for 8 productive years. Later in her career, she was an important administrative piece for the Great Neck, NY appellate law firm of Mauro Goldberg & Lilling.
In 2004, Lisa along with her husband decided to test greener pastures by moving to the Seattle-Puget Sound region. She has been an integral part of Clausen Law Firm in Seattle since February 2006.
Among Lisa's passions are her 10 month old Chihuahua, Lucy, and her two cats, Kayleen and Peanut. Lisa also enjoys gardening, cooking, traveling, baseball & coffee. She and her husband Reno have been happily married for 6 years.
